7 night weekly bookings usually begin on a Friday or Saturday, with arrival from 3.00pm.
3 night weekend bookings are usually from Friday to Monday with arrival from 3.00pm.
4 night mid week bookings are usually from Monday to Friday with arrival from 3.00pm.
5 - 6 night breaks will be charged at weekly rate.

We are happy to discuss arrival dates, times and length of stay and will always try
to accommodate any requests.
We may accept pets, but only if requested when booking. The charge for each pet is £35 per stay.
Please vacate Blackberry Barn by 10.30am on your departure day.
If no other guests are arriving on your departure day then a later check out may be possible.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

PLEASE NOTE
Pets may be allowed by prior arrangement, please enquire before booking. An additional sum of £35 per pet will be charged. Pets are not allowed in the bedroom wing and may not foul the garden.
BOOKING PROCESS
1. Contact us by email or phone and tell us the size of your party, and the dates and number of nights that you would like.
2. We will let you know if your preferred dates are available and confirm the price.
3. We will send a booking form and terms and conditions by post.
4. You complete and sign the form and return it with your cheque for the £100 deposit. Payment can also be made by BACS.
5. Your booking is confirmed.
6. Balance is due 6 weeks before your stay together with a £50 breakages deposit. Note: Breakage deposit increases to £75 if party includes a pet.
7. After your stay, the breakage deposit is returned subject to final inspection.
